Return & Refund Policy – DCF Modeling

At DCF Modeling, we provide digital products, templates, financial models, and downloadable resources delivered electronically to the email address provided at checkout.
Because all products are digital and instantly accessible, all sales are final.

1. All Sales Are Final

Once payment has been completed and the digital product has been delivered to the email address provided by the customer:

• No refunds will be issued

• No returns or exchanges are allowed

• No cancellations are permitted after purchase

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that the transaction is final.

2. Digital Delivery

Products are delivered electronically to the customer’s email address submitted at checkout.

Delivery is considered successful when:

• The files or access links have been sent to the stated email address, and

• Our system confirms delivery or access has been granted.

Once delivery is confirmed, the sale is considered final and non-refundable.

3. Incorrect Email Address

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and accessible email address.
DCF Modeling is not responsible for delays or failed delivery caused by:

• Typographical errors in the email address

• Spam/junk filtering

• Email inbox storage limitations

If an incorrect email was provided, we will make reasonable efforts to resend the product once the correct email is provided. This does not change the final sale status.

4. Technical Issues

If you experience problems accessing your files, we will assist in resolving technical issues, but this does not constitute grounds for a refund.

5. Chargebacks

Because our products are digital and delivered instantly, unauthorized chargebacks will be disputed with proof of delivery and acceptance of our Terms at checkout.
